Jeff and Matt take a personal interest in every condominium under Eicon’s management, acknowledging the unique and diverse needs of each one.

Only trusted local companies are authorized to perform maintenance and repairs, with emergency issues receiving immediate attention and coordinated action. Large scale projects are presented to the Board of Directors, along with multiple quotes and outlines detailing all scope of work to be done.

Quality assurance is the backbone of any successful operation,and at Eicon it is our #1 priority. By taking the time to communicate with residents, Board Members, and contractors, we can provide timely, informed, and reliable service. By overseeing the inspection of completed projects, we aim to receive the highest quality of workmanship from all services and trades.

Financials

Our accounting system, Shiftsuite, is one of the most effective systems on the market and is managed by CGA Professionals. We take a special interest to make sure that each Board of Directors has a thorough understanding of their Corporation’s financial statements and fiscal health. For security purposes, we back up our data daily and store important documents offsite.
